Cramps and nausea .....😭 36 weeks

I went to bed kind of feeling eh.. I had an amazing day though!

Went to a fish fry, had a walk with my fiancé and saw a movie(: well fast forward to now.. I’m having cramps and nausea that I literally woke up with... normally with these cramps I have diarrhea but I feel nauseous so I’m scared I’ll throw up😭

I have no clue why I feel like puking or why my stomach is feeling crampy..... idk what contractions feel like so I’m really SOL
