Husband won’t let me sleep

Long story short- we sleep in different rooms because he snores really loud and moves almost constantly and hits/kicks me in his sleep. The first 6 months of our marriage I “slept” with him and lost out on so much sleep I could barely function and physically couldn’t do it any longer than that. However- since I was pregnant 3 years ago and had my daughter 2.5 years ago he won’t LET me sleep. Even while trying to recover from her birth, if I got the rare chance to nap he would always wake me up for a really stupid reason. Every time he was home when I got a chance to nap. I was up nursing her every 2 hours for months and literally felt shaky from lack of sleep and he would still wake me up usually minutes after I fell asleep and then I could never get back to sleep because I was so upset. Same things in the mornings. If I ever got the rare chance to sleep in, he’d wake me up. Today same thing, got a rare chance to sleep in because he was home to take care of our daughter this morning and he had to come in my room just to put his pillow and blankets on the bed. He knows I’m slightly anemic right now and have some other health issues that cause fatigue and no matter how many times I’ve asked, begged and pleaded with him he won’t stop. He apologizes every time and says he forgot and won’t do it again or that each time he thought it would be ok for some reason or another but today I was texting him about it because I don’t want to fight in front of our daughter and he said he already said he was sorry and turned his phone off.. so I don’t even know what to do. I told him I was going to put a note on my door or over the door knob so he doesn’t forget and that pissed him off. I can’t understand why he’s so stupid and selfish. What can I even do if he doesn’t even care?
