Labor!

Hey ladies! I'm 40weeks today! Went in to l & d at midnight with contractions every 5-8min (our hospital is over an hour away and we're going for a vbac, so Dr doesn't want me to labor at home) .. well .. my Dr is on vacation so I have a different Dr that sent me home at 5am because I'm only dilating to 1 and a half cm and they want me past 3cm but im still contracting like crazy!

Any tips/advice on how to dilate a little faster?! I'm bouncing on an exercise ball right now but nothing is happening yet😔 (Had a membrane sweep yesterday)
