Intimacy and affection out the window this pregnancy

Idk what to do. I have not been very intimate with my husband lately and it's upsetting him. I'm 6 months pregnant and sex is just not comfortable anymore, I lose chunks of mucus plug and get horrible cramps after.

I also feel like my husband doesn't appreciate anything I do for him. We run a business together, I take care of our toddler, clean, cook, help pay bills, I don't require him to do anything around the house so the last thing I want to do at the end of the day is give him a blow job.

What should we do?
