Pregnancy depression
If you've experienced it, what are some coping mechanisms, beyond therapy and medication, that have hugely helped you? I'm finding that my normal coping mechanisms aren't working for me right now and while I work on finding a therapist and possibly starting up medication I need to be trying things beyond my usual coping skills. I want to get in front of this before baby is born in the next month or so and actively be preparing for a real possibility of developing PPD/A.
So throw whatever has worked for you my way, nothings too out there at this point for me.
