How often do you change your underwear throughout the day?

I wear one pair of underwear a day? Why would you change multiple times?

I change my underwear after I shower. Once a day sometimes twice. Or if I'm on my period and it stains I change them. Other than that I don't see it necessary to change them.

I wear clean underwear every day but I only change it if it's sweaty like if I was doing yardwork or went to the gym.

I put on new underwear after I shower in the morning *if I'm wearing something that requires them lmao* then once im home they come off and I put my comfy clothes on. I'm not an underwear type of person 🤣🤣
