So my boyfriend of a year forgot today was my birthday 😔 I don’t know if I should even bring it up to him or what to say but I’m very upset and kinda mad. Am I over reacting?

No I think I’d be a little upset too. I would just ask him if he forgot it was your birthday today. He may be surprising you or maybe he forgot. Just remind him gently.

I’m sorry; maybe it’s me that would over react. But it’s been a year! A birthday is something you know about someone at the very least; it’s a first date topic. One of those questions that gets an answer early on. It’s also 2019, I’m not sure if your on social media or not but unless they live  in a bubble I just don’t see how they could forget.

I would be upset, but honestly some people just don't pay attention to what day of the month it is so he might have not realized it was the 28th.

I would be very hurt too. But I wouldn’t be to hard on your bf. My bf sucks with dates. But it is 2019 if your on social media it is harder to forget someone’s bday. But talk to him about it. Maybe he was to busy and it slipped his mind.
