Mid-cycle bleeding

So last cycle I was a week late (ended up being a 30 day cycle) which typically shouldn’t happen cause I’m on Bromocriptine to control a hormone disorder that caused me to not ovulate, but now the next cycle I’m starting to spot at day 14 of an expected 23-24 day cycle..

I have been taking easy@home ovulation tests every second day of my cycle thus far and haven’t had any positives yet (the last test I took was literally 3 hours ago and now I’m spotting). My SO and I Haven’t BD in a week now (we have been too damn tired honestly) so I highly doubt it is implantation bleeding. I don’t have cramps or bloating or anything, I mean I was a little excited today but that’s about it (trying to not make this tmi)...

Could it just be that last cycle didn’t really count (anovulatory) and it’s back tracking to my regular functions? Could it be ovulation spotting? Or could more than a hormone issue be wrong with me?

I’d ask my specialist but It’s impossible to reach her unless I have an appointment which my next isn’t until July 18th and I am in a little bit of a panic mode so any info I can get I’d be so grateful. Thanks ladies
