Ectopic Pregnancy HELP

What were the first signs you were having an ectopic pregnancy? I’ve had two betas. My numbers are rising nicely for an “early pregnancy” but they aren’t super high. The reason I’m asking is I’ve had light cramping on the left side for the past few days and I’m worried.
