Need help

So idk what to do anymore. I have abdominal pain issues wondering if anyone has had this issue and what did you do. The pain I have is similar to pain I had when I was pregnant in my last trimester. The pain is horrible when I’m in bed trying to turn. I also have pain during intercourse. I have gone to the doctor a couple of times. First time was November of last year, they just gave me pain/inflammation pills, but I could only use them for 10 days. So basically pain came back afterwards. I went to the doctor again about a month or two after and the doctor ordered an ultrasound and everything was normal. So there was nothing they could do, and I can’t either take pain pills on daily basis. It’s a lower abdominal pain/soreness that only happens when I’m in bed hurts so much sometimes I just avoid turning at all. And trying to get up sometimes is just as painful. Anyone has had this issue ?
