Best friend suddenly ghosted me?

I moved out of state over a year ago but up until 2ish months ago we stayed in contact and talked on the phone weekly. The last conversation we had about 2 months ago was me telling her I’m so upset because my mom passed away suddenly and she said she was so sorry. We also talked about her new job and she said she didn’t want to talk about it but she’s been going through some stuff lately. I said that’s totally understandable and if she ever wants to talk then text or call anytime. Well a couple weeks went by, no word. I texted her to see how she was. No response. I waited a week, still no response. I decided I’d give her space so I texted her again and for the last time 2 weeks ago. I told her how I was very worried about her and please let me know that she’s at least alive. Still, no response. I don’t have social media at all so I actually reactivated my old Facebook just to check on her. Sure enough. Pics of her out to dinner with her boyfriend and her with friends. She completely changed her look, too. She was 6ft tall, black hair down to her butt. She was a model and extremely beautiful but now she has blonde hair and a horrendous fake tan. It’s like she became someone else overnight, which is weird because she’s so extremely down to earth and not like most girls at all. Did I do something wrong? Idk why she would ghost me like that. I thought maybe she would check up on me since she knew my mom died. I even texted and told her I’m pregnant (after knowing I struggled with infertility) I’m so confused and hurt!
