Yes I had a miscarriage at 5weeks and one day and I was bloated for about 2-3 weeks if I remember right you have to give your body time to get the HCG level out

I was bloated during all my m/c but not like this. I guess it depends on how your body is already and reacts to it. 
See if there's a nurse hotline at your clinic you can call and describe your miscarrige and bloating. Make sure there's no infection happening and the tissue has all been released. 
I'm sorry you're going through this and getting a pelvic exam is the last thing you want to do, but it's safest.
