6 weeks along and feeling very weak..?

I’m 6 weeks along today and feel so weak. I have no energy and am so exhausted (I also have a 2 year old so that adds to the exhaustion but this is more than I’ve ever felt). I also have a low grade fever. Is this normal?

Keep an eye on the fever but yeah... I was exhausted until about 15 weeks.
