Super weird tmi question

So I'm 26 weeks and I have what I guess is an ingrown hair that has become infected on my outer labia down kinda close to the vaginal opening I o2ut some tea tree oil on it cause that's what my mom reconmended. My question is since it is so close to the vagina if some were to get in there could it hurt my baby? I'm sorry I know this is long and weird and tmi. just concerned about my baby
