Break Up??

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for about 4 months. We are both 17 years old. It has been great but there are some stuff that gets to me and i don’t how to talk to him or i don’t know if i should just end things. I really like him!! So we are always arguing about the smallest things that could be fixed easily but he doesn’t. He keeps doing it . And I’ve told him multiple times about how i feel about it and he’ll stop for a bit and then continue to do it. Like one of the things i hate is when he texts girls and i would be okay if he talked to them like friends but he lowkey flirts . ( I have all his passwords for his social medias. He gave them to me right before we started dating. ) I know he’s not stupid enough to cheat knowing i check his stuff. But he doesnt do this always or messages a lot of girls . I guess you could say he does it when he’s bored or at least thats what i feel like. Or when they message him. It’s little things like that , that get me mad. Or am i just getting jealous and overreacting

I just don’t know how to deal with it . You girls have any advice 😭😭
