Bleeding when pooping? - please help

Would you say this is dark red ???? Anyone have any idea what this is. I’m stressing like crazy. When I try and poop nothing but blood comes out, it’s 2am and I’m going to go to the doctors tomorrow. Need some peace of mind though

I have Crohn’s disease and this has happened a lot in the last, rhia also happens with ulcerative colitis. Get checked as soon as possible, you could of had an ulcer that’s popped it could be a range of things but very important to get it looked at ASAP. & show them this picture, I’m sure they will give you lots of tests. Hope everything works out well, try not to be scared the hospital will look after you and make you better xx

I had a colonoscopy today and had a large polyp, it was removed!

Do u feel like u constipated ? I’ve had that when I was pregnant though a whole toilet of blood each time my blood vessels would pop and I bleed a lot!!!! Deff see a doc though
