Feeling bothersome

Does any body ever feel like their SO is bothered by them or annoyed of them. I’ve had this feeling quite a few times and have addressed it but nothing seems to change. He rather be on his phone, watching tv, or other thing than sit and have a conversation. He spends more time on the phone having a conversation with a friend then he does having a conversation with me. If I try and talk to him even for just a second when he’s on his phone or watching tv (which is pretty much all the time anymore) he’ll look at me with a disgusted look like are you done yet? Sometimes he doesn’t even respond to me it’s like he hears me but ignores me.
