Medicine Vs Pleasure

So I have a yeast infection or so I think I do so I’m treating it with some over the counter 3 day Walgreens version of Monistat. I just started my period tonight which I started my treatment, so now my question is it’s only a 3 day treatment and my period usually last 3-4 days would it be okay if I had sex like 2 days later after all this ??? Or would what do you think ?
