What does this mean?

I was taking a quiz earlier and this question came up and my boyfriend chose the “I suck at that” answer for me and failed to explain why he chose that answer. I didn’t really understand the question to begin with. Can someone please explain this question to me so I can figure out why he chose the answer he did?

Answer

It means like if you told your dog "no on the couch". Thats a firm boundary but later the dog jumped up on the couch and you didn't say anything. That's not maintaining the boundary you put in place. 
By selecting "I suck at that" it means you are not firm with setting a boundary, like telling someone no when you don't want to do something, maybe you're a bit of a push over? Always caving?

Answer

It means keeping your boundaries without offending/hurting others... just what I’m guessing here.
