Anyone recently baptize their baby in (Catholic) church? Baptism interview questions?

Long story short, husband and I were raised catholic and attended church regularly throughout our adolescence, but seldomly go now.
We now have a 6 month old baby and want to start going regularly now and also want to baptize her.
Our church is requiring an interview before setting a date for baptism.
Anyone recently baptize their baby and know what the interview questions are like?

They basically ask you if you plan on raising your child in Catholic catechism, that you will teach them according to the church and not just baptize and never come back. They'll ask about godparents too

Most Catholic churches will require you attend mass for several weeks before baptism. It's a sacrament, so you can't just get it because you feel like it. It's a pact to raise the child in the Catholic Church. You and your husband will need to have full confessions and be in good standing with the church. The baptism questions are basically about all of this: are you in good standing, do you promise to raise your child Catholic, etc.

I had my daughter baptized Catholic in November, and there was no interview. I just had to go to one 2-hour long class.
