Masturbation

Has anyone else struggled with this? I wouldn’t say that it’s an addiction, as I really only do it at home but it’s regularly. When I went on a missions trip recently I of course didn’t do it there or even think about it honestly. But at home I can’t stop myself and I’m just wondering if anyone can offer some advice. I don’t even know if it’s specifically said in the Bible not to do it either but it doesn’t feel like something I should be doing as a Christian woman trying to remain pure for my husband.
