So my boyfriend and I were talking today and on a site we both use he changed our status to “engaged”. I asked him about it saying “but we’re not yet” and he then asked me to get engaged with him (I told him a while ago I’d be fine being perpetually engaged until he’s ready to be married so he’s not asking to marry me just to be engaged with me right now). I’m seriously over the moon happy right now and was speechless after he asked me ^.^ He also asked me afterwards to look around at rings and send them to him and I found a vintage bridal set (engagement ring + wedding band) on Etsy that I absolutely love for under $500. How much did your rings cost? Is $500 considered expensive or is it on the lower side? My boyfriend thinks $500 is on the expensive side so I just want to see if he’s right. I am so over the moon right now honestly I can’t believe this is even a thing I get to ask - I literally cannot stop smiling 😁
