After sex

So me and my hubby just had some fun and at the end it was kind of hitting a spot that started to cause cramps (the butt ones where they really hurt to move). Immediately after I was dizzy and nauseous and could barely stand. Has anyone experienced this? Was he just too rough? Should I think about seeing someone? I seem to be having issues all the time. Like sometimes it'll hurt to even try and have sex, like a rough fabric is rubbing the inside of me causing sharp pains. Part of me is scared to get it checked out and find I'm infertile or something. Also I don't have healthcare at the moment and don't want to get seen unless it's an emergency.
