When is it too early

I’m beginning to fall for someone and we’ve been together almost 3 months.

Is that too early to say I love you?? I find myself dancing around it saying “I love spending time with you” “I love the way you make me feel” and we always both say “I really really reallly really like really like you”🙄😂😅
