Please tell me the truth?

My boyfriend and I. Have been dating for a little over 4 years now.. throughout the span of our relationship we've both done eachother wrong... Majority being on his part.. he suffers depression and mild anxiety.. we have just graduated from college and we're back at our parents houses 3 hours away from eachother. I am the one who makes the effort to go see him and he has only seen me around three times this summer. He has two jobs and recently got a big one last month and has only been working there for 3weeks. I completely understand that he is busy and has to do what he has to do to make his living. I have a job but not my ideal job and I'm still waiting to find that, and hoping I can move closer to him.. over the 3 weeks that he has been working at this new job, I have been feeling extremely neglected. He always says he doesn't have time, yet he spends hours not returning texts because he was having a conversation with his brother and his roommate. He goes out and works both his jobs and still has time to attend friends parties and small things like that. But does not have time to talk with me on the phone for 5 minutes. I offered to go see his grandma with him this weekend but he told me he was too busy... Even if I were physically there with him he's be too busy for me. He also has not been sensitive to the fact that I am having trouble with my job hunt... I lately have just been feeling very upset and at times I find myself forgetting about him... I'm this relationship when I am giving 100 he is giving 45 and when I ease up and give 50 he gives 90 and makes me feel bad for not giving 100... There are honestly a lot of other factors that come into play with how I am feeling. I really just need some help. I want to know if I am being crazy and if I am just over reacting, I am so proud and happy for him I truly am but I really just feel like I'm being put at the bottom of the list... Please please someone help me
