Both are pretty, but Isabella has been in the US top 10 for 15 years, and that's JUST this exact spelling. 
When you take into consideration Isabel and Isobel and Izabella and Izabel and Isabelle and Isabela and all the other zillion variations... there's just so so so many kids with these name nowadays. It's overused.
I know that doesn't matter to everyone though. 
But if you love both names, I'd chose the one that would let her go by her first name, and not have to always be Isabella Last Initial. 
For every one baby girl named Everly in 2018, there were about four baby girls named Isabella. Every is ranked #53, and Isabella is ranked #4.

I wouldn’t do Isabella Alice. I don’t think it flows with the A end the end of the first and beginning if the middle. 
Maybe Isabelle/Isabel Alice.  But I prefer Everly. Everly Alice has nice flow.
