How to bring this up to my boyfriend?

We’ve been dating 3 years and are both 27.  I don’t have my license but I’m working on it. 
He got offered a job in another state. When he was interviewing he asked me to go but basically was like “you can come right away or come when I’m settled” I never gave a yes or no answer because I wasn’t sure about job prospects for me. 
After like 4 months he tells me he got the job, they want him to start in a month and he’s going down in two weeks to find an apartment. When I found out I started applying for jobs in the area. 
I feel really sad that he hasn’t brought me coming up again and I really want to go. Part of me feels like he’s not doing it because I don’t drive, but I’m willing to work hard to get my license to go. 
Any advice?

I mean just ask him, be like are you still wanting me to come? If not I understand, I was just unsure and see where it goes from there.

Just to point out, when he originally asked him you never gave him a yes or no answer. He might be thinking you don't want to. You'll have to talk to him.

Or you can just ask. Stop reading into situations that can be answered with a question. Now you’re stressed out and applying to jobs in a place and you have no definite answer. Speak up. Ask the question, it mostly sounds like he’s assuming you’re going.
