Ladies I really need advice!!!!!

My heart hurts and I’m so scared to talk to my boyfriend about this ... so a few weeks ago I talked to my boyfriend about moving together which has been our plan for years. (Were both 19) So he told me he’s not ready for bills ( we both make good money )and being together 24/7. Im very affectionate and he’s slightly affectionate but need his space more than anything. He said I should do it alone and I explained to him I can’t live alone because I’m very scary lol , my imagination makes me think I’m hearing things or someone’s breaking in etc. I’m sure I’m not the only one. So I thought I’d give him time, it’s been a month maybe, so how do i bring the conversation up again. Ps, he also body-builds so he want to live with his mom for cheap and spend most of his money on doing show and so on. I really want to make a home with him, that’s my baby! We do love each other a lot and he’s faithful so he’s not cheating , neither am I he just not ready and we have time it’s not a now or never type thing. Also , I talked to his mom and we’re both on the same page. She’s not going to let him stay in her house for much longer.
