HELP ME

.... y’all me and my ex were together 3 years ... we broke up November because of I can’t even remember at this point ... we had sex after breaking up only to find out he gets a new close relationship with some new girl ... me and him don’t communicate until he randomly hits me up NEW YEARS YALL!! Meanwhile I’m trying to move on because I’m hurt through all this + i see he’s moved on.... i love this dude after he contacts me we keep having occasional sex (maybe only 3 times since January to now) anyways i cut him off and i get into a relationship ... but now fast forward y’all i miss him and he texted me weeks ago i didn’t respond but i do want to talk ... i don’t want a relationship but just to talk what do i do ??? What do i say ??? Yes I’m still trying to move on with someone new
