Is it still pull out?

I never really thought about it as pull out but maybe it is. My husband and I go raw until a minute or two before he finishes and he puts on a condom then, so the only real risk is pre cum and that is SO low right? Is this still considered pull out? Is it risky for pregnancy? I’m not too concerned about getting pregnant and we both kinda want another baby (just maybe not right now lol).

**I am not supposed to take any hormonal birth control or use IUDs for heath reasons. So latex free condoms are the only form of BC I will ever be able to use.
