Sore Nipples

So I get sore boobs near my period and it’s totally normal obviously. But within the past year or two my nipples have been constantly sore. Not my boobs, just my nipples no matter where I am in my cycle. It’s gotten to the point where my BF can’t even touch or play with them during sex because it’s painful.

Has anyone else had experience with this??? Any advice?? Thanks

EDIT: my nipples aren’t just laying there sore. It only occurs when someone is touching them, or there is pressure against them if that makes sense. Right now they don’t hurt, however if I was to touch one it would be sore
