Late pill and bleeding?

I took my pill late for the very first time. Was supposed to take it at 10:30pm, and didn’t take it till 12pm the next day. Took the next pill as scheduled at 10:30. Meaning I took 2 in one day. 3 hours after taking my normal pill I’m having bleeding.. is this normal?? I usually don’t bleed until the 4th placebo pill so why am I bleeding after catching up on the one missed pill??
