How long does side effect pneumococcal last?

Hi, it’s been almost a week since my DD got her pneumococcal shot and she’s still constipated. (I didn’t get it the same time as the 5-in-1 and the rotavirus vaccine cause they say she will fuss a lot if it’s administered all at once)

I want to know when will the side effect wear off? She’s never been constipated and it broke my heart when she cried so loud each time trying to poo. Only farts came out. Is there any way to make her poo easier? I have tried the bycicle moves and tummy rubs. I am using my stash of expressed milk cause my boobies are drying up so please give other advice other than eat more fruits. Thanks and hope any one of u can help..
