Haven’t slept in 24 hours. 😔
I got put under a lot of stress last night and I haven’t slept at all and for the life of me I can’t sleep no matter how hard I try... I took Benadryl it didn’t do anything. What do I do you guys? I’m not exaggerating when I say I haven’t slept and can’t... I took the Benadryl maybe 5-7 hours ago should I try more of that?
