Napping without nursing?

My daughter is 13 months old. I want to wean her and she’s doing better at night and no longer nurses to sleep. We had to do a version of CIO. My question is how do I go about getting her down for naps. Until this point she as pretty much always nursed to go to sleep for naps. Sometimes I am able to transition her to her crib after she falls asleep. Sometimes not and I end up holding her the whole nap. I’m so ready to wean and would be nice to have a little time to myself while she’s napping.
