Smelly ear wax in 11 week old

11 week old has some kind of smell/odor coming from right ear. It’s been checked out with two different physicians and they said she’s okay, no infection. She seems fine, cheerful, nothing out of the ordinary but the ear gives off this smell that is concerning, especially when I clean it after a bath with a dry towel. The wax smells bad. Anyone else noticed this with their LO? Please let me know, I’m loosing my mind thinking about what could be wrong 😰
