When does grief stop hurting so much you can’t go a day without sitting feeling like your life is empty and pointless for at least an hour because I know it never goes away but I just want some semblance of happiness again

Have u tried talking to a therapist? That helped me a lot with my first miscarriage. I think of grief like glitter. You can try to clean up all the little pieces but there will always be some left. Hope things get better for you, keep your head up
