Best bottle??

Question

My boy has been strictly breastfed now for almost 6 weeks! We have the Phillips Avent Glass Bottles and just started trying out giving him a couple a day with expressed milk because I’ll be returning to work next week. 
He suffers already from bad gas & reflux and he drinks these bottles (4-5oz) in like 5 mins! So fast and he takes in so much air. 
I’m afraid this will only make his issues worse :( 
Any of you mommas have recommendations on bottles to use for a baby with gas/reflux preferably with a slow flow nipple??

My baby also has reflux and bad gas. I use the doctor browns bottles and went in Amazon and bought the premie flow nipple! It helped sooo much. There's even one slower below that if needed. It really slowed her down. I also do pace feeding with her bottles if you look that up. I also hold her as upright as I can and I keep her bottle as horizontal as I can so there isn't gravity pulling milk to her when she sucks. Sometimes I even make it have no milk in the nipple let her suck some then when she pauses I lift the bottle back up just enough to fill the nipple slightly. It's meant to be like simulating pet down while breast feeding. Just be sure when you go to fill the nipple back with milk she isn't sucking causing her to gulp air. She can suck the nipple without milk in it and won't swallow the air.
It has helped a lot. This pic shows how I keep the bottle horizontal etc. Good luck momma! Lots of burping helps also! Also feeding baby with her left side as the side that is "down" if you recline her/him. Helps keep acid from running up as easy.

We love the Playtex baby bottles! They have a great air vent thing at the bottom plus the bottle is bent so it’s easier for me to feed her upright which helps prevent any gas and prevents her from getting lazy at the boob haha

I agree with the others, Dr Brown with the preemie nipples are great. My son was taking in so much air with the tommee tippee bottles so I switched and he doesn't take in any air at all and you can just tell he feels so much better.

In the breastfeeding support group I attend the lactation consultant are huge proponents of Dr. Browns. They use them on NICU baby because of the slow flow. I have no personal experience with them yet.

My son took in a lot of air with the avent until a friend told me how to properly align the nipple to prevent it! You need to line up the notch on the nipple with the notch on the ring, I had no idea. I notice a huuuge difference now, can’t even see air bubbles when he drinks coming back into the bottle anymore.

Nuk natural with size 1 nipple. That's a lot of oz for a breasted baby. Is look into paced bottle feeding they recommend for daycare provider and aim for 3-4oz.

I use Como Tomo which are vented supposedly to reduce gas/colic. My baby takes ~20 mins to drink 3.25 oz of breast milk out of them, more if she is really taking her time.

I like Advent bottles. Check the nipple size might be too big for him. They have 0 & 1 which I use for my 6 week old and she doesn’t have any issues with downing it too fast.
