Baby acne help without breast milk?

Does anybody have tips to clear this up!? We’re not breastfeeding so breast milk isn’t an option

So I just had this conversation with my ped yesterday. He strongly recommended plain old vaseline for the face and coconut or olive oil for the scalp. He even talked about a few research studies that support it. After bath last night I used vaseline on her face and scalp and it is SO much better this morning.

Mine suggested trying to leave it alone completely because adding any lotions or oils will make the clogged pores worse. She suggesting wiping down her face with a warm, wet washcloth if she’s hot or at the end of the day and it seems to be helping!
