Is this the point where I should be getting help?


I gave extreme anxiety and its interfering with things that usually I wouldn't give a second thought to. Such as watching anime on a website called I'm really paranoid that somehow watching anime on a website is illegal and I've never thought about this before. It's similar to me fear of reading sexual manga online too (which I have made another post about) should I get help for this? I feel like I'm becoming too paranoid
