How do you change your anxiety?

Does anyone have any non-medication related tips to help with anxiety?

I want to change but have no access to mental health services currently or doctors (no insurance, residing in US). I find that I'm afraid to "like" statuses or comment. Most of the time I'll write out a response and then delete it instead of send it through. I've been avoiding interactions with others too. I'm so afraid I'll say something wrong or maybe the person thinks I'm annoying or they dont like me.

How do you get over this, build up self-confidence, become more social, and make friends? I think most of my issues lie in the lack of self-confidence I have. I'm just so afraid to speak up and I hate being this way. I want to make a change.
