I’m scared to get gestational diabetes!!!
Help! I know im not getting enough protein. I try but it’s all so gross to me. I cant find a way to do no sugar either. Yogurt is easiest way for me to get protein. It goes down well- but that’s sugar. Eggs and chicken gross me out. I cant do red meat constantly, that’s crazy. I’m just so nervous. Also, obviously it’s easiest to eat carbs- I mean im pregnant so that’s natural. I’m just terrified.
