Sharp twinge in lower back right-hand side
I seem to have this after going to a work conference. I can't bend over without it sending a shooting pain up and down the area. Anyone have any experience with this? I have used my massager and had my husband try to work it out, but there seems to be no improvement. If anything, it has gotten worse because now I've had it off and on on the other side too.
