Should I go to the ER or wait for my appt Wednesday?

Hi ladies,
So I've been experiencing this weird thing happen every so often where I get really dizzy and then I can't see anything but white light for a few minutes and my heart starts racing fast like I'm going to pass out. It happened one time while I was at work and I went to the ER but they said I was dehydrated. 
This time I know for a fact I'm not dehydrated and it happened while I was taking a shower AND I almost fell. I had to pull myself up and I hurt my foot. Currently, I feel okay - just dizzy. Should I still go to the ER or wait until my OB appt on Wednesday?

this happens to me.often.  unfortunetly both doctor and ER have not been able to help. pregnancy induced hypotension. my pressure drops, i loose vision , get tunnel hearing, start yawning like crazy and my heart accelerates. ive personally noticed it happens most often about an hour or so after i eat.

It really is possible it’s dehydration. I know you said you’re positive it’s not, but lack of water catches up with you. And pregnancy requires so much more water than normal. It could be that babe was taking what he or she needed and just didn’t leave you with enough left over. I’ve had spells exactly like this and I was certain it wasn’t dehydration. It was dehydration.

Always happens to me. Turns out it happens when my bp gets low... Sadly it's common towards the end of pregnancy and the ER won't do anything besides give you fluids.. just try to get up slowly Everytime you have to do something and I'd get a bp machine to check your blood pressure when that happens! Always keep hydrated and just take it easy... I know it sucks! 😭

This happened to me twice. My OB said it was low blood pressure. She advise me to actually eat a little more salty food (snack on salted nuts) and drink more water! It worked for me :)

I had this in early pregnancy and my Dr immediately referred me to a great cardiologist. I was able to rule out a heart condition and I’m on medication for my dizziness. Better to be safe!

Always better safe than sorry momma I’ve been having those same spells they think it’s from lack of eating due to severe nausea
