30 weeks - pelvic pain

I’m 30 weeks with my second and have been having some serious pelvic pain for the past 2 weeks or so. I can tell he’s super low and figured that was why. Today it’s been pretty bad. Like lots of pain in my lower back and sharp pains underneath my belly in my pelvis. Also just a lot of pressure on my cervix. I don’t remember being in this much pain with my first..... anyone else? Is it normal? Any tricks to helping the pain? I’m trying not to be paranoid or a baby haha

It’s also just frustrating because my 17 month old wants to play and I can barely get off the couch 😩
