Annooyyying

So I’m super annoyed/pissed off. So my and my bf don’t live together. Well the only time we ever get to sleep on the same bed with him is if my mom goes out of town. My mom is very strict and whenever my mom is home I barely get to see him. Even though I’m about to be 21 . Well it just annoys me at the fact that I’m laying here in bed with him in my underwear and a big tee trying to get his attention. But it just seems like he only wants to touch me whenever he wants sex. So as we are laying on the bed he gets the dog and cuddles with her and turns the other way around. I guess it made me mad more because I have a really low sex drive and I won’t ever really ask for sex. Should I have the right to be angry?
