Water Retention ?

Has anyone had water retention before? If so, does this what it looks like? Or does this look like something else? Randomly showed up or at least I just noticed on Tuesday. It doesn’t hurt to walk on. But Wednesday night I got what felt like a Charley Horse in that area.

My doctor is on holidays until Monday, and don’t want to sit at the hospital all day. So don’t know anything until next week.
