STD checking

So I went to gynecologist when I discovered that I’m pregnant they blood test for hiv-it was negative (I asked for that becuse both of us have couple sexual partners before we got married) and urin test and discovered that I have some culture in urin and they gave me antibiotics.On next appointment they take blood to see is there chance for Down syndrome-it was negative.So my question is ; if I was positive for std would they told me and can they see that in those samples that I gave them?
