Maintaining weight (little rant)
I’m so frustrated, I can’t keep my weight on, I used to be 107-110 but now it went down to 102.7. Last few days I gained two pounds (104) and I was so happy because I’m learning to eat food again( I’m vegan so vegan food obviously) but last night I checked to make sure and it said 102. I’m eating small portions of food atm bc seeing big plates of food gives me anxiety. I’m honestly not the healthiest vegan but should I start drinking protein shakes??.
