Stupid question

Hey guys! So long story short, I had a yeast infection but used monistat 1 to treat it yesterday. I’m on my period so hopefully with the monistat and my period, it will be gone.

Anyways, does anyone know how long after using monistat 1 can I use tampons? I used monistat yesterday and I’ve been using pads because a tampon would soak up the treatment. I’m just not comfortable using pads and I tried looking up how long after using the treatment can I use a tampon, but I can’t seem to find an answer. Merp — help
